A 4-year-old girl has died in the hospital following a major crash in Woodland caused by a 13-year-old driving a stolen vehicle. The crash also claimed the life of Tina Vital, the girl's grandmother. The suspect has been charged with multiple counts, including murder, vehicular manslaughter, and child abuse/endangerment. The suspect's mother fainted after the hearing, and the suspect will remain behind bars.
