Fugitive Serial Rapist Sean Williams Finally Captured in Florida
Fugitive Sean Williams, accused of raping women and children, has been captured in Florida after a weeks-long chase down the East Coast. Williams, who faces multiple charges including child rape and sexual exploitation, escaped custody in October. Law enforcement officials were able to track him to Pinellas County, Florida, where he was apprehended without incident. Williams had been on the run for two years and was the subject of a federal lawsuit filed by 10 anonymous women accusing the Johnson City Police Department of ignoring their complaints about him. He could face life in prison if convicted.
