Philadelphia Mayor's Office Staffer and Spouse Arrested on Multiple Expressways
Celena Morrison, the executive director of the Mayor's Office of LGBT Affairs, and their spouse, Darius McLean, were arrested during a traffic stop on the Schuylkill Expressway in Philadelphia. The incident, captured on video, shows a State Trooper attempting to arrest the couple, leading to charges of resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, and disorderly conduct. Mayor Cherelle Parker expressed concern over the video and stated that she will refrain from further comment until the investigation is completed.
