The upcoming Scarlet and Violet DLC for Pokémon will feature the return of every past first partner Pokémon, known as "starters," which is a series first as they have typically been exclusive to specific regions. The DLC will also introduce two new paradox Pokémon with unique moves, as well as a mysterious nineteenth Tera Type. The release date for The Indigo Disk DLC is set for this Winter.
The Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC: The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero brings two new story chapters, The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk, with new areas, legendary Pokémon, and returning favorites. The Teal Mask will launch in fall 2023, and The Indigo Disk will be available in winter 2023. You don’t necessarily need to beat the main game to access part 1, The Teal Mask, but The Indigo Disk requires you to have beaten the main story of the base game and The Teal Mask. The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC will be available for Nintendo Switch.
