Severe storms leave thousands without power in the Mid-South.
Severe storms on Sunday caused damage and power outages across North Alabama, including severe damage to S&S Service Center in Owens Cross Roads. Huntsville Utilities reports that approximately 1,500 customers remain without power and there are scattered boards and nails across US 431, but no injuries have been reported.
