Fontana Woman Rescued from 25-Foot Septic Tank Fall
A woman in Fontana was rescued by firefighters and search-and-rescue team members after falling into a 25-foot-deep sinkhole caused by an old septic tank. The woman, who lived at the residence, was discovered missing by her children, prompting an urgent response. She was found awake and talking, and after being lowered into the hole, a firefighter emerged with her and she was transported from the scene in an ambulance.
