Mobile Police Identify Victim in Elmira Street Shooting
The Mobile Police Department has identified Patrick Orr as the victim of a shooting on Elmira Street. Samuel Grace was taken into custody after receiving treatment for injuries sustained in an earlier altercation with Orr. Grace was later arrested for murder and transported to Metro Jail. The police are asking for anyone with information to come forward.
