Prominent Samoan Playwright Charged in Murder of Tulsi Gabbard's Aunt
Samoan police have charged playwright Papalii Sia Figiel with the murder of Caroline Sinavaiana-Gabbard, former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard’s aunt, after finding incriminating evidence. The two women were colleagues and friends, and Figiel allegedly confessed to a friend before turning herself in.
