Fatal Altercation in Sacramento: Homicide Ruled Justifiable
A man died after a heated altercation with his estranged wife, her friends, and a minor in Sacramento. The man arrived at an apartment, banged on the door, and rushed inside, demanding his wife to leave with him. When she refused, a physical altercation ensued, involving a 15-year-old. The man residing in the apartment shot the aggressor, and the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office deemed it a "justifiable homicide."
