Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour welcomes back giant rubber ducks for double the fun.
Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman's "Double Ducks" art installation, featuring two giant inflatable yellow ducks, has debuted in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. The ducks, which are 18 metres high, will sail on the harbour for two weeks and are meant to bring happiness to the city. Hofman's previous "Rubber Duck" sculpture drew crowds in Hong Kong in 2013. The ducks are said to represent "twice the fun, double the happiness" and are like the symmetrical Chinese characters "xi" for happiness and "peng" for friends.
