"NYC's Migrant Respite Centers: A Solution to Homelessness and Neglect?"
A former employee at the Row NYC hotel in Midtown, which was converted last year to house migrants flooding into NYC, has claimed that the hotel has become a "free for all" of lawlessness and violence, where children are regularly found alone and intoxicated.
