I-95 Horse Chase: Philly's Port Richmond Capture
A horse was found galloping on I-95 in Philadelphia, prompting a joint effort between the horse's owners and local authorities to recapture it. The horse, which had been spotted on Kelly Drive and I-676 before reaching I-95, was eventually corralled on Westmorland Street in Port Richmond. The Fletcher Street Urban Riding Club, to which the horse belonged, confirmed that the stallion was unharmed and suggested that someone had let it out. The club, known for teaching horseback riding to children, recently gained attention through the film "Concrete Cowboy."
