Suspension Bridge Shut Down After Bomb Threat
The John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge, connecting northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, was closed due to a bomb threat. An anonymous male caller demanded $400,000 and threatened to kill everyone if his demands were not met. Covington and Cincinnati police, along with the U.S. Coast Guard, responded to the threat by blocking traffic and evacuating nearby businesses. The credibility of the threat is still unknown, and authorities are waiting for additional resources to arrive.
