Clemson University student charged in fatal pedestrian accident.
A Clemson University student, Michael Lee Lyon III, has been charged with DUI after hitting and killing pedestrian Robert Barrett on Highway 93. Lyon refused to take a field sobriety test and a Breathalyzer test, and also refused to give a urine test at the hospital. Witnesses reported that Barrett was not using the crosswalk at the time of the incident.
