"Highway 680 Shut Down Amid Armed Standoff"
All southbound lanes of Highway 680 in San Ramon have reopened after being blocked due to a barricaded and armed suspect. The suspect was detained by CHP without a gun being found, and was taken into custody for driving under the influence of drugs. Two minor vehicle crashes were also reported.
