The Alabama riverboat dock worker involved in a viral brawl at Riverfront Park in Montgomery has been charged with assault, according to court records. Dameion Pickett, initially identified as a victim, is due for arraignment on November 21. The incident began over a dispute about a pontoon boat blocking a space of a riverboat.
