Mauricio Umansky, husband of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kyle Richards, claims that Kathy and Rick Hilton were "extremely upset" with him after he left Rick's company to start competing real estate company The Agency. Umansky worked at his brother-in-law's real estate company for ten years before branching off to start his own. Kyle Richards was hurt by her sister Kathy's reaction to the news.
