Formlabs has introduced the Form 4 3D printer, which ditches lasers for an LCD screen and claims to print two to five times faster than its predecessor, the Form 3 Plus, using a technique called masked stereolithography (mSLA). The new printer offers increased speed, larger build volume, and improved resin pricing, with the company also releasing a medical and dental version, the Form 4B.
