Country singer Morgan Wallen has postponed six weeks of performances due to a vocal cord injury, following advice from his doctors. Wallen, who is nominated in four categories at the Academy of Country Music Awards, reassured fans that his team is working on rescheduling shows as he recovers. His tour is set to resume on June 22 and 23 with performances at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Wallen's doctors advised him to go on vocal rest for six weeks and not speak at all to avoid permanent damage to his voice.
