SAP to Acquire Reltio to Forge an AI-Ready Data Backbone
SAP will acquire Reltio to strengthen its SAP Business Data Cloud and deliver an interoperable, AI-ready data platform that unifies SAP and non-SAP data. The deal, expected to close in Q2 or Q3 2026, brings Reltio’s cloud-native MDM and entity-resolution capabilities into SAP BDC, enabling trusted, context-rich data for enterprise AI and real-time multi-agent workflows, with Reltio offered as both a standalone solution and as part of SAP products.
