A Hebrew Bible, dating back to 9th century, sold for $38.1 million at an auction in New York, setting a new record for a religious text. The manuscript, known as the Codex of Aleppo, is considered one of the most important Hebrew Bibles in existence and is believed to have been written in Tiberias, Israel.
