More than 383,000 Frigidaire Branded Side by Side Refrigerators with Slim Ice Buckets have been recalled due to a potential safety hazard caused by the ice bucket assembly component breaking and releasing plastic pieces into the ice bucket, posing choking and laceration hazards. Electrolux, the parent company, received 343 reports of plastic breakage and two reports of consumer injuries. Owners can check if their model is affected on Frigidaire's website and are advised to stop using the ice bucket immediately, with free replacement components available.
