
Multiple Men Charged in Fatal Crashes Linked to Negligence and Intoxication
A 20-year-old man has been charged with vehicular homicide by intoxication after allegedly running a red light and causing a three-vehicle crash in South Nashville. The driver of a Honda, who has not been identified, died at the scene, while the driver of the Acura sedan, Bryan Lozano, and the occupants of a Jeep Compass were not injured. Lozano was found to be smelling of alcohol and admitted to being drunk. He has also been charged with driving on a suspended license, underage alcohol consumption, and not having proof of insurance.
