A man named Andrew Matthews, a former resident trainee at Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, was arrested after a recording device was found concealed in a "staff only" bathroom. The device contained dozens of videos taken inside the restroom, and Matthews has been charged with 10 counts of video voyeurism. The investigation is ongoing, and more charges are expected. Matthews has been terminated from his position at the medical center.
