Massive Fire Erupts on Brunot Island as Reactor Catastrophically Fails
Crews responded to a large fire on Brunot Island in Pittsburgh after a reactor "catastrophically failed." The fire, which started around 8 p.m., is contained to the island and there are no reported injuries or threat to the public. Duquesne Light is investigating the cause of the reactor failure.
