Derrick Lewis has re-signed with the UFC after a brief period of free agency, putting an end to speculation about his future. Despite a recent string of losses, Lewis's popularity and his knockout victory at UFC 291 secured him a new contract with the promotion. Justin Bethel has re-signed with the Miami Dolphins for the upcoming NFL season. Bethel, who joined the team at the start of the 2022 season, played in all 17 games for Miami last year, primarily on special teams. He has been a three-time Pro Bowler for his special teams contributions throughout his career and has played for several other teams, including the Cardinals, Falcons, Ravens, and Patriots.
