Escaped Ray County Inmate Captured in Tulsa by U.S. Marshals.
Justin Robinson, an inmate who escaped from Ray County Jail, has been captured by U.S. Marshals in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Robinson was waiting for a bus headed to Texas when he was arrested. Robinson and another inmate escaped last week, and the second inmate was quickly captured. The guard at the jail was stabbed 12 times by the other escapee, but the injuries are not life-threatening. Robinson will be extradited to Missouri but will not be back in the Ray County Jail due to safety concerns. The Sheriff hopes the escape will lead to a solution to the problems he's been calling attention to for years.
