Suspected serial killer Raul Meza Jr. arrested in Texas.
Raul Meza Jr., a convicted killer with ties to San Antonio, has been arrested in connection with two more deaths in the Austin area. Meza, who served 11 years in prison for the murder and rape of Kendra Paige, 8, is now accused of killing Jesse Fraga, 80, and Gloria Lofton, 66. He has also implicated himself in a double murder in San Antonio. Authorities are reopening several cold cases that may be linked to him. Meza has been charged with the murders of Fraga and Lofton and investigations into eight to 10 cold cases going back to 1996 are being conducted.
