Darby crossing-guard assault suspect arrested in South Carolina
A 29-year-old West Philadelphia man, Rashiem Russell, is charged with aggravated assault after allegedly punching a female school crossing guard in Darby; he fled to South Carolina by bus after the attack and was arrested there by U.S. Marshals, following surveillance video of the incident that left the guard with a concussion and who later resigned.
