In Connecticut, twins were born in separate years, with Souli Morris arriving at 12:02 a.m. on New Year's Day, 2024, and her brother Seven born just minutes before at 11:59 p.m. on New Year's Eve, 2023. This rare occurrence is estimated to happen once in every 2 million twin births. The twins, who both weighed six pounds, nine ounces, were born to Mykel and Aliyah Kiyomi Morris of Hamden.
