Father and 14-year-old charged in fatal shooting of girl in Questa
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and assault on a police officer in connection to the shooting death of a 13-year-old girl in Questa, New Mexico. The boy allegedly shot the girl while they were listening to music at a home, and then dragged her body outside. The boy's father, who owned the guns in the home, was also charged with negligent making a firearm accessible to a minor resulting in death.
