The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a bombing attack that killed 84 people in Kerman, Iran, during a memorial procession for the assassinated Iranian military leader Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani. The attack was carried out by two militants with explosive belts at Suleimani's tomb, on the fourth anniversary of his death by a U.S. drone strike.
