Nintendo Addresses Super Mario RPG Bug Hindering Progress
Nintendo has acknowledged a bug in the Switch release of Super Mario RPG that may prevent progress in the game. The bug occurs after the Paratroopa event triggers in Monstro Town, causing the Paratroopas to not appear in Land's End. Nintendo plans to release a software patch in December to fix the issue. In the meantime, players can work around the bug by visiting the Mushroom Kingdom and then returning to Land's End. Despite the bug, the new version of the SNES classic is still recommended.
