Prosecutors in the trial of Kaitlin Armstrong, a Texas woman accused of murdering professional cyclist Anna Moriah "Mo" Wilson, alleged that Armstrong stalked Wilson using a GPS fitness app and shot her through the heart. The victim, who was romantically involved with Armstrong's boyfriend, was found shot multiple times in a friend's apartment. Prosecutors presented evidence of Armstrong's access to the boyfriend's electronic devices and alleged stalking behavior. Armstrong fled the country after the murder, undergoing plastic surgery to change her appearance, but was eventually arrested in Costa Rica and brought back to the United States to face charges.
