LSU baseball had a successful MLB Draft, with seven current roster players and three incoming freshmen selected. The Tigers set a school record with 13 current players drafted, including the No. 1 and No. 2 overall picks. LSU right-hander Garrett Edwards was the first to be selected, followed by Blake Money, Brayden Jobert, Riley Cooper, and Jordan Thompson.
