Aleutian Lady Tragedy: Deckhand Todd Meadows Dies During Filming
Todd Meadows, 25, a deckhand on Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch aboard the Aleutian Lady, died while crab fishing on the Bering Sea during production of Season 22. Production has since concluded, and Meadows is survived by his wife and three children; officials have not disclosed the cause of death.
