Rotor introduces the lightest and most affordable dual-sided power meter.

Rotor has released the 2INpower SL, a lightweight version of its dual-sided crank-based power meter, which is claimed to be the lightest of its kind. The 2INpower SL has a claimed accuracy rating of +/- 1.5% and can be used with 1x or 2x drivetrains on both road and gravel bikes. It offers true left/right power measurement, making it ideal for riders looking to improve their pedalling efficiency. The power meter is priced at £860/€999/$1,099, which is £110/€50/$56 cheaper than the previous version.

Rotor Bike Components has launched the 2INpower SL, which it claims is the lightest dual-sided power meter on the market, weighing in at 530g. The 2INpower SL measures left and right leg power independently and is IP67 certified, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets. The system is compatible with a standard 110x4 spider, as well as with direct mount 1x and 2x chainrings. The 2INpower SL Road provides data which is said to be accurate to +/-1.5% in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C, with no rider recalibration required. The price is €1,149.

The Sea Otter Classic showcased a range of bike gear, including EXT's Aria shock with dual positive air spring, CushCore's new Trail tyre insert, Kali's Cascade helmet made from waste products, Forge+Bond's wheels with nylon-based material, Sage's titanium bikes with custom geometry, Aeroe's Spider bike rack, Rotor's InSpider MTB power meter, Five Ten's Kestrel Boa shoe, and Classified's Powershift MTB hub with 2-speed gear mechanism. Sustainability was a recurring theme, with Kali's helmet made from recycled materials and Forge+Bond's wheels being easier to recycle.
