
Man's Video with Explosives Leads to Arrest and Federal Charges
A man in Putnam County, Tennessee, was arrested after posting a video online showing explosive materials. The Putnam County Sheriff's Office, in collaboration with ATF agents, apprehended the man, identified as Levi Flatt, who was found to possess enough materials to make a bomb. During his arrest, three pipe bombs, two Molotov cocktails, a handgun with a tampered serial number, ammunition, a flak jacket, and a shield were discovered in his van. Flatt has been charged with possession of prohibited weapons and alteration of serial numbers and is currently being held without bond.
