Andretti driver Dennis secured pole position at the Portland E-Prix, beating Nissan's Fenestraz by 0.079s. The pole position gives Dennis three bonus points, putting him two points clear of Pascal Wehrlein at the top of the standings. Norman Nato and Rene Rast will make up the second row of the grid, while Jean-Eric Vergne and Stoffel Vandoorne will start from the pitlane after their team was found using illegal equipment. The Portland E-Prix is set to begin at 5pm local time.
