Multiple Plane Crashes Strike Ottawa County and Lake Winnipesaukee
A plane crashed into the Portage River in Ottawa County, Ohio, after hitting a power line during takeoff. The pilot and passenger were able to escape and were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. Investigators suspect alcohol and/or drug use as factors in the crash. The FAA and NTSB have been called to the scene.
