"PO House: A Stunning Creation by Dall'Ovo Magalhães Arquitetura"

The P.O. House, located on Barreiros Beach, Ilhabela, was designed by Dall'Ovo Magalhães Arquitetura. The house was built from scratch with a contemporary design, featuring a metallic structure and a light and slender cover made of plywood sheets and PVC blanket. The house has a horizontal main block with a flat roof resting on a stone base, comprising the lowest and lightest volume from the garage. The living room and bedrooms have wide openings facing northeast to receive the sun throughout the morning. The house has wide eaves with autoclaved pine wood lining, certified and highly durable wood.

BOT architektuurcollectief designs Djef Anten House.

Hasselt's 1950s row house has been renovated by BOT architektuurcollectief, with a new extension built between a covered terrace and a patio. The existing enfilade of the various rooms is preserved and reinforced in the new volume, with the patio serving as the new heart of the house, providing light, air, and greenery. The new prefabricated plywood timber structure remains fully visible and serves as a curtain wall structure. The house is prepared for the future and can easily be transformed into a care or kangaroo home.
