Sandra Bernhard, the comic and actress known for her role in Roseanne, has been sued by her former manager for allegedly cheating charities with phony invoices. The manager claims that Bernhard forced him into doing questionable things as part of a hostile work environment. He also alleges that she cheated venues out of their cut of merchandising sales and sent fake invoices to increase her interview fees. The manager is seeking $250,000 for breach of contract, wrongful termination, and unpaid commissions and fees. Bernhard's attorney has declined to comment on the allegations.
