Slay the Spire 2 gets a big patch: balance overhaul, Phobia mode, and UI tweaks
Mega Crit has revealed Slay the Spire 2's first major patch in the Steam beta, delivering a huge balance pass to curb infinite loops, tweaks to classes (notably The Regent and Necrobinder), Phobia mode to neutralise fear-triggering enemies, and new art and energy visuals, plus UI tweaks and a broad set of bug fixes as the game remains in early access with more updates planned.
