1967 PGA Champion Don January Passes Away at 93.
Don January, a former professional golfer and winner of the 1967 PGA Championship, has died at the age of 93. January won 10 PGA TOUR titles and was a member of the U.S. Ryder Cup team in both 1965 and 1977. He also won 22 events on the PGA Champions Tour, including two PGA Seniors’ Championships. January is survived by three children, six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
