DHL Workers Launch Strike at CVG Hub Over Labor Disputes
DHL workers at CVG International Airport have begun a strike over pay and working conditions. The strike, authorized by the Teamsters union, impacts over 1,100 DHL ramp and tug workers and comes during the busy holiday shopping season. Negotiations between DHL and the union have been ongoing since July, but no agreement has been reached. DHL states that it does not expect service disruptions during the strike and has contingency plans in place.
