Trump Golf Club Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Harassment and Coercion into NDA
Alice Bianco, a former server at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against her supervisor, Pavel Melichar, alleging that she was forced into having sex with him. Bianco claims that she was later deceived by former President Trump's attorney, Alina Habba, into signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) over the incident. The lawsuit also accuses Habba of unethical behavior for intervening between Bianco and her lawyer. Bianco is seeking the enforcement of the NDA to be dropped, payment of her legal fees, and permission to keep the settlement money.
