America Ferrera is set to star alongside Matthew McConaughey in the upcoming drama "The Lost Bus," based on the book "Paradise: One Town’s Struggle to Survive an American Wildfire." The film, to be distributed by Apple Original Films, follows a bus driver and teacher leading students through the devastating 2018 California Camp Fire. Ferrera, known for her roles in "Ugly Betty" and "Barbie," recently received her first Academy Award nomination. The project will be directed by Paul Greengrass and produced by Jamie Lee Curtis' Comet Pictures and Jason Blum's Blumhouse.
