49ers Enterprises Successfully Acquire Leeds United in Landmark Takeover
49ers Enterprises has completed its takeover of Leeds United after receiving approval from the English Football League. The investment arm of NFL franchise San Francisco 49ers, 49ers Enterprises now holds full control of the club, with Paraag Marathe taking over as club chairman. The consortium consists of around 10 major investors, with Daniel Farke recently appointed as the new manager. Leeds United finished 19th in the Premier League and were relegated to the Championship.
