Cynthia Kelly from Florida has filed a class action lawsuit against Hershey, alleging deceptive advertising in the packaging of Reese's Peanut Butter holiday-themed products. The lawsuit claims that the packaging shows detailed carvings on the chocolate items, such as faces on pumpkins and laces on footballs, which are not present on the actual products. Kelly argues she was misled by the packaging and would not have purchased the items had she known the truth. She is seeking damages of at least $5 million.
