Fatal Hit-and-Run: Identifying the Truck Driver and Seeking Justice
The Overland Park Police Department has identified and contacted the trucking company and driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on I-435. The driver initially stopped but then continued westbound before exiting onto southbound I-35. The investigation is ongoing, but the trucking company and driver are fully cooperating with authorities.
